Requirements for your Letter of motivation

Please take into consideration all or some of the following issues when you are writing your motivation letter:

• Why are you interested in this job opportunity?

• Describe your personality including interests and hobbies!

• What are your strengths and weaknesses?

• How would your colleagues or supervisor describe you?

• Describe your professional plans and objectives!

• Do you learn languages easily? How would you describe your language skills?  

• Where do/did you live (small towns or big cities)?

• Do you have any particular interest in your medical speciality and/or any part which you do not find interesting?

• Do you have any international experience?

• Why do you find Denmark interesting?

• What difficulties do you anticipate when leaving your country, job and friends?

• What do you know about Danish health care?

• How many years do you plan to stay in Denmark?

• What criteria will determine whether you accept a job in Denmark?

• Provided that  you have a partner or spouse, what is his/her profession? Is he/she also seeking employment abroad?
