Our recruitment process is highly comprehensive. We do not focus exclusively on job search and relocation but also on the person being recruited. It is a process with set stages which were designed to ensure that we find the right candidate with the appropriate background fitting the requirements of the designated hospital in Denmark.
For this reason, we apply a three-folded recruitment process in which we assess the psychological, personal and medical profile of our candidates. At the centre of this process stands the well-being and happiness of the candidate and his/her family. Of course we are also concerned about the needs and security of future employer be it clinic or hospital.
