A professionally excellent candidate with the right motivation

In order to make sure that you as an employer gets the right candidate we peform a thorough selection and screening even before presenting a candidate to you. The selection is handled by Medicolink and includes recruiting through our extensive network, advertising locally etc. Already in the selection process we pick out the candidates based on the following criteria.

Professionalism
The candidate must have the qualifications and work experience to meet Danish standards. Medicolinks medical or odontological consultant screens the candidate CV and references are taken.
 
Motivation
Moving permanently to another country is a decision that should be based on the right motivation. The candidate must have the right reasons for wanting to move to Denmark.

Personality
Does she or he have what it takes to start a new life abroad professionally and privately. This also applies to the spouse or partner.

Family 
Moving abroad is a family decision and the family must be motivated as well by the prospect of a new life in Denmark.
