Our aim is to provide you with a candidate who is skilled and highly motivated.

The Medicolink Method consist of three equally important phases:

Recruitment

In order to make sure that you, as an employer, get the right candidate, we peform a thorough selection and screening even before presenting a candidate to you. The selection is handled by Medicolink and includes CV screening by a medical or odontological consultant, interview with Medicolink and interview with our psychologist. Once we have found a candidate that suits your preferences, we will arrange a trip to the designated country for a personal interview and practical tests (if applicable).
 
Training

Medicolink's aim is to provide the practice or hospital with a future colleague who is a productive part of the team from day one. Language and cultural understanding are key points to this. Therefore Medicolink provides an intensive training course. Covering the language and culture, the course typically runs for five months depending on specific circumstances. For example, a dentist who has a lot of patient contact will need six months instead of five.
 
Integration

In order for things to run smoothly when your new employee arrives, Medicolink makes the necessary arrangements concerning authorisation etc. Prior to arrival, Medicolink will draw up an integration plan for the candidate and family. This contains plans for social integration, hobbies etc

Upon arrival, Medicolink will give practical assistance and follow up on the intergration plan and introduce the family to our expat network. Furthermore, we have follow up interviews with the family three times within the first 12 months.

This leaves you to focus on the professional intergration.
