Livø 2011

The location of the trip was chosen as Livø, as this small, isolated island represents the best of Denmark`s original, untouched natural environment and the ideal place to visit at the start of the Danish summer. We started up by meeting at Rønbjerg Havn, where 15 doctors and dentists - with their spouses - and Medicolink representatives welcomed each other. As we took the ferry, we were even so lucky to catch a sight of a seal on the sea. After arrival to the island we had some very nice and wide-variety of traditional Danish lunch at a small inn - `kro`. Afterwards we took a cozy walk around the island with a tour guide who enthusiastically shared interesting information about Livø`s history and nature. Everyone used and practiced their Danish among each other. The weather was especially kind to us with the sun shining right until we left the ferry.
