Integration

Medicolink ensures that receiving a foreign colleague is a smooth and exciting experience for the clinic or hospital. Our integration program is centered about the family and their well-being so that you can concentrate on the professional side of integration.

The programme includes before departure:

Clarifiying session in Budapest:
Medicolink, the candidate and spouse discuss expectations to life in Denmark. Hobbies, interests and personal preferences are taken into consideration and a preliminary integration plan is prepared. Also included are the spouses' wishes careerwise. This plan is then discussed with you.

Language training for the family:
Blended learning that gives family members a basic understanding of Danish.

Authorisation and practicalities:
Medicolink oversees that everything concerning practicalities are in order prior to arrival.

After arrival we will focus on:

Integration plan:
Medicolink follows up on the integration plan and have followup seesions with the family after two six and twelve months. After three months there is also an evaluating meeting with you and Medicolink.

Spouse welfare:
The spouse's welfare is essential to the entire family and therefore a special concern for us. Therefore we offer a If the spouse wishes to find a job Medicolink gives guidance and discuss different strategies.

Medicolink expat society:
Medicolinks offers social events to Medicolink Alumni.
