Hungarian dentists

The Majority of our candidates are Hunagrians where the professional level of dentistry is very high. In Hungary there are five recognized specialities in dentistry, and hence many (up to 60%) have a post doc specialization.

From both University and and practice dentists are used to a high technological level even if the Danish level is sometimes a bit higher.

A typical graduate is comparatively young compared to Danish equivalents. This means that although young by age he or she may easily have three more years of practical experience.

The dentist wanting to move to Denmark may be young and single or be a little older and have a family and a practice. With this wide spectrum of candidates it is more often than not possible to find one or more fitting candidates for your position.

From a Hungarian point of view Danish dentistry is very attractive. Financially the the income of a Danish dentist is much higher than in Hungary but that is far from the only difference. From a work/life balance point of view the work week of 37 hrs is very attractive.

Also the school and daycare system is in many ways more attractive than the Hungarian equivalents.

Furthermore, Denmark as a whole is characterized by trust, kindness and honesty. So in many ways Denmark is very attractve to candidates.
